Fees*: In-Person & Telephone Services
- Initial nutrition counseling session (up to 90 minutes): $125 in-person
- Follow-up session (up to 60 minutes): $85 in-person
- Grocery shopping tour: $50
Discount Packages:
- 2-Session Nutrition Counseling Package: $185 (save $25)
- 3-Session Nutrition Counseling Package: $260 (save $35)
- 4-Session Nutrition Counseling Package: $330 (save $50)
Discount packages include 1.5 hr initial session and then the remaining sessions are 60 min follow-ups.
*Please note: Fees are due at or before time of service to receive the prices listed above. Discount packages must be paid in full at or before the first appointment. No shows will be responsible for a $25 fee if not canceled within 24 hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Normal rates if billed are $180 for initial appointment and $120 for follow-ups.

Wellness accepts Aetna insurance. Currently
in the process of signing up with other Texas insurance plans.
- If you have a plan other than Aetna, check with your insurance provider to see if they cover "out of network" nutrition services. If so,
I can provide an itemized receipt. You will need to pay for your visit
upfront and then submit the receipt to your insurance company for
reimbursement
